1. Data we may collect

• Name, email, and contact notes you submit through requests or forms
• Reservation timing, guest count, and preference details
• Basic order and invoicing records once Stripe payments are activated
• Account, access, and session data once the Live Grove member panel opens
• Hosting and security-related technical logs

2. Why we use the data

• To respond to membership, gift, and stay requests
• To send seasonal notes, operational updates, and invitations
• To manage payment, invoicing, and refund workflows
• To operate Live Grove and connect IoT data to members
• To support security, fraud prevention, and service continuity

3. Stripe and payment data

Once web checkout is activated, card transactions will be processed by Stripe. We do not intend to store full card numbers on our own systems, but may store basic order status, amount, and invoicing data related to the purchase.

4. Live Grove, camera, and IoT data

When Live Grove goes active, fixed camera feeds, soil moisture, air temperature, and irrigation data will be processed to support the member experience. The camera is intended to cover field conditions, not to identify people through biometric systems.

5. Email communication

When you contact us, we may reply and may also send seasonal notes, operational updates, and launch information relevant to your interest. You can always write to us to update communication preferences.

6. Sharing with third parties

• Stripe for payment processing
• Email and operational delivery providers
• Hosting, CDN, and security service providers

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as it is reasonably needed for memberships, operations, legal obligations, and service administration. Data that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized.
