Terms of Use

- 1. Provider. MMT Orbit and Academia are provided by Muhammet Mustafa Topaloğlu, an individual ("we"). Contact: topalogllu@gmail.com.
- 2. Orders and payment. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. We never receive your card details.
- 3. Account. Your account is personal; sharing it, using someone else's authority or trying to bypass access limits is prohibited.
- 4. Membership and renewal. Paid membership is a subscription. It renews automatically for the same period at the end of each period until you cancel, and Paddle charges that period's fee. The period and amount are shown at checkout. (Applies when paid membership is available.)
- 5. Cancellation. Cancel at any time via "Manage subscription" in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then and no further payment is taken.
- 6. Refunds. See the Refund Policy (/en/refund), which forms part of these terms.
- 7. Nature of outputs. Academia is research-assistance software, not a human expert service. Outputs do not guarantee results, publication acceptance or grades. Final legal, medical, financial and scientific judgment remains with an authorized human.
- 8. Academic integrity. You are responsible for following your institution's and target journal's AI-use rules and disclosing AI use where required. Using Academia for plagiarism, fabricated data or citations, false evidence, completing exams or assignments for others, or misleading peer review is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
- 9. Your content. Files and text you provide remain yours. We process them only to provide the service (see Privacy). Do not upload data you have no right to use.
- 10. Changes and interruptions. We may change features to improve the service. Maintenance or faults may cause temporary interruptions; where an interruption materially affects a paid period, the technical-issue clause of the Refund Policy applies.
- 11. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our direct liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the last 12 months. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- 12. Changes to terms. We will announce material changes at least 15 days before they take effect, by e-mail or on the site.
- 13. Governing law. Turkish law applies. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court of their place of residence under Law No. 6502. For non-consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of Adana have jurisdiction. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to payment disputes.
