MMT Orbit
Help and frequently asked questions
See account, membership, work continuity and today’s feature boundaries in one place.
What is MMT?
A work product that keeps your real work, evidence, decisions, action, outcome and learning on one record.
What is Academia?
The first deep specialist area of General MMT; a living research workspace, not merely a paper writer.
Are account and membership the same?
No. The account preserves identity and history; membership opens appropriate work and capacity.
What happens when membership stops?
Account, work, research and file history remain. New cost-bearing execution may wait.
What exists today?
Product pages, sign-in and registration, membership details, and General MMT and Academia workspaces. Work execution depends on your account access and available tools.
Can I resume saved work on my phone and turn off my computer?
To resume saved work on your phone, open mmtorbit.com in its browser. Sign in to the account that holds the work, using the same sign-in method, and select the existing work under My work. If you used Google, use the same Google account. You do not need a new account or a new work record. An unsent guest draft belongs to its browser tab for up to 24 hours; it has not been saved to your account or transferred to another device. The computer running the work service must remain on and online. Turning that host off interrupts service access and new execution; moving the browser to a phone does not move the service. Closing only the browser does not delete saved work. This public guide cannot check your account or the service status.
Can I attach files and use PDF and Word together?
Yes. In the workspace, attach plain text, CSV, JSON, text-containing PDF, Word (DOCX) and Excel (XLSX) files to the same work and select which to use. Attaching a file does not mean its analysis is complete; work depends on account access and available tools. This public guide does not open or analyze files.
What are the file limits?
6 MiB per file, up to 16 selected files and 20 MiB in one work step. Total account file storage is also limited to 20 MiB.
Is every PDF or Word part read?
PDF needs extractable text; scanned pages receive no OCR and encrypted PDFs cannot be opened. Word (DOCX) reading covers main text and tables; headers, footers, comments and tracked changes are not all treated as read. Only relevant sections may be selected from large documents; check the sections actually used in the output.
How should I prepare an Excel file?
If there are several worksheets, you choose the one to use; cells are not treated as read before selection. Formula-bearing sheets are not recalculated or used as data; provide the needed results as fixed values. Use clear, distinct column names and check whether merged cells leave missing values in the table.
What is the price?
This information has not been announced.
