Account and data deletion request

This page describes the current deletion-request path for users who continued with a Google/Firebase account in the MMT Orbit application on Google Play.

How to send a request

Email topalogllu@gmail.com from the address used in the application.
Use the subject “Account and data deletion request”.
Include the MMT Orbit application name and the email address used for the account. Additional information may be requested to verify account ownership.

An identity-verified request is processed and the user is notified when it is complete.

Deletion scope

The request covers the Firebase identity account and application records that can be associated with it. Device-local records are not held on an MMT server and are cleared through the device's application-storage controls.

Limited records that may be retained

Limited records required for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained only for the required purpose and period and are separated from the active account.
