Account deletion

MMT Orbit Orchard account and data deletion request

This page explains the account and personal data deletion process for the MMT Orbit Orchard mobile application on Google Play.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from the address used in the app to mmt@mmtorbit.com .
  2. Use the subject line "Account and data deletion request".
  3. Include the app name and the email address used for the account.

We may request additional information to verify account ownership. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Data deleted

  • Account profile and session records
  • In-app preferences, messages, support records, and request records
  • Personal data linked to MMT Orbit Orchard membership, reservation, and contact requests
  • Application data stored in Firebase or similar services and associated with the account

Data that may be retained

Limited records required for legal, security, payment, invoicing, dispute resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained for the period required by law or by a reasonable business need. These records are separated from the active app account and used only for those purposes.
