One topic, different levels
The same topic needs different material for different levels of readiness; it is prepared from scratch every time.
FOR TEACHERS AND SCHOOLS · PRODUCT DIRECTION
A teacher's work is not only giving exams. Curriculum, class level, material preparation, homework and feedback, reading the results and planning the next lesson all depend on each other.
Class and subject teachers, department heads, school management.
The same topic needs different material for different levels of readiness; it is prepared from scratch every time.
Student work, the feedback given and the next step sit in different places.
A grade average does not say which learning outcome is missing; topic-level reading is needed.
No link is made between the assessment result and the next preparation.
School management needs an overall view; student-level detail should not be open to every administrator.
It takes part in preparing material suited to the topic, makes assessment results readable at topic level and plans the teacher's next step in the same work.
Prepares draft material at different levels for the same learning outcome; the teacher chooses and edits.
An uploaded result table is read with the verified reader; achievement becomes visible at topic and outcome level.
Which outcome needs revisiting and which student group needs support is listed.
Assessment result, planned revision and prepared material stay in the same work.
School-level usage and overall state are visible; student detail depends on authority.

Objective: grade 8 — applying linear equations to everyday situations. Length: two lesson hours · class size: 28 · materials needed: none Assessment: a four-question check at the end; each question states which objective it measures. Prepared without student data; no personal information is requested.
1) A tank holds 30 litres and fills at 12 litres per minute. Write the equation for the volume after 8 minutes. 2) When the tank holds 174 litres, how many minutes have passed? Show your steps.
Adapting the same plan to a different class is a new version.
When the grade level changes
Objectives and questions are rewritten; the earlier version stays.
After an assessment
The teacher's observation is added to the record and the next version builds on it.
Which material is used, how assessment is done, how feedback reaches a student and which topic the class returns to are the teacher's decisions. Pedagogical responsibility is never handed over.
