FOR COMPANIES · PRODUCT DIRECTION

From an order to delivery, manage the whole process together.

Product direction · not offered yet

When an order arrives, information held by production, stock, logistics, documents and accounting has to come together. When something changes, the affected work must be handled together, options must be visible and authorized steps must move forward.

Companies whose production, planning, logistics, document and accounting work depend on each other; unit leads and management.

What actually happens on the ground

The same information is updated by hand in several tables

Three separate tables are maintained manually; the carrier table is copied from the dispatch table. One change has to be entered into each of them.

The information sits with different people

The production date and quantity are with one person, customer priority with another. The order waits for these to come together.

A plan is not the same as a real movement

A dispatch plan can be prepared before the actual movement; preparing the plan does not mean the work happened.

Documents do not substitute for one another

A waybill and a delivery document are different. Logistics closes with delivery and its document while collection may stay open.

The chain of change is invisible

When a production date slips, which dispatch, which document and which customer are affected is not visible at a glance.

The work MMT would take on

MMT brings together the information, documents and tools you already use around the work, performs authorized steps on your behalf, involves you where a decision is needed and keeps every step on the record.

Keeps the order as one job

Planning, production, logistics, documents, invoice and collection appear in the same record with their own states.

Shows the effect of a change

When the production date changes, the affected dispatch, documents and units are listed and options are presented with reasons.

Binds tables to one source

Once manually copied tables are connected, the same information is not retyped; mapping and rule views are recorded.

Names what is waiting

Which information is expected from whom and which step awaits authority is explicit.

Never confuses one document with another

Waybill, delivery document and invoice are separate records; none stands in for another.

Example: an order's journey between departments

An illustrative narrative; not a real customer project or a verified outcome. The company name is an example.

  1. The order is received and opened as a single work record.
  2. Production is planned; the planned date and quantity enter the record.
  3. The production date changes. MMT lists the affected dispatch plan, the related units and what the customer must be told.
  4. The transport plan is updated; the same record is used instead of a copied table.
  5. The shipment leaves and a waybill is issued.
  6. Delivery happens and the delivery document is bound to the record; logistics closes.
  7. The invoice is created; collection stays open as a separate step and is tracked.

The concrete records the work leaves

Illustrative example; not a real customer project.

What would be read on screen once it opens

This area is not open yet. The example below shows the record format it is aimed at; it is not a working product screen.

decision_note.md — the intended format
Question: which of two supply options gives the lower total cost over six months?
Data used: 24 months of order, lead-time and return records (the company's own files).
Assumption: demand growth taken as 0%. The assumption is written down separately.
The decision and its reasoning stay with a person; the product prepares the options and the basis.
comparison.csv — first three rows
option,unit_cost,lead_days,return_rate
A,18.40,7,0.021
B,17.10,12,0.038

What a version difference would look like

Updating the same decision with new data becomes a separate version.

When the data is refreshed

The old decision note stays; the new version shows which numbers changed.

When an assumption changes

The changed assumption and the person who changed it are recorded.

Where the decision stays with a person

Which order is prioritized, what the customer is told, which carrier is used and any step with commercial consequences stay with the authorized person. MMT prepares options and their effects and moves authorized steps forward.

What you keep

  • Every step and time of the order in one record
  • The trace of which change affected what
  • Documents and the step each belongs to
  • The list of pending information and pending authority
  • The reason for each decision and who made it
Status in this releaseThe company product is not offered by subscription yet. The shared foundation under controlled evaluation: file and table reading, verified preview, multi-sheet tables with delimiter/decimal choice, work records, decisions and history, access and unit rules. Opening this cross-department flow as a product is a separate investment decision; no ready integration or customer reference is offered. Access depends on account permissions. Public sales are not open.
