MMT Orbit Orchard Terms

1. Nature of the service

• This site does not sell land title, equity, or financial return rights.
• The offer is experiential and membership-led in nature.
• Tree ownership creates a symbolic and operational relationship, not land ownership.

2. Membership cancellation and refund policy

• Memberships run on annual terms and can be cancelled before the next renewal.
• A full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase if no tree has yet been assigned and no certificate has been issued.
• After certificate issuance or the start of seasonal-note delivery, the current term is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Stay cancellation policy

• Cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival may qualify for a full refund or date change.
• Cancellations made 8-20 days before arrival may qualify for a 50% credit toward a future date.
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival are generally non-refundable unless the slot is resold.

4. No harvest guarantee

The grove is a real agricultural environment. Weather, disease, irrigation, and natural cycles can affect fruit amount, timing, and quality. No guaranteed harvest volume, date, or fruit outcome is promised.

5. Live Grove and service interruptions

Camera feeds, IoT sensors, internet access, or dashboard visibility may occasionally be interrupted. We aim to restore service within a reasonable period, but do not guarantee uninterrupted camera or data availability at all times.

6. Seasonal variability

Blossom, harvest, and stay calendars depend on natural conditions. Weather, agricultural requirements, and local operations may shift timing or reduce access windows.

7. Gift package terms

Digital certificates are prepared according to the recipient details provided before delivery. Physical harvest-box timing depends on seasonality and operational suitability.

8. Pricing and changes

Prices shown on the site are presented for launch planning and may be updated when checkout goes active. We reserve the right to adjust details, slot structure, and pricing for reasonable operational reasons.
